This young patient had a major weight loss and her body changed after experiencing it. She wanted to change the appereance of her breasts. She desired bigger and pearkier breasts that would be more proportionate to her body frame. The silicone implant augmentation was performed to add the volume to the breasts, followed by a periareolar breast lift that gave that final perky look for our patient.
