This patient has had some pregnancies and weight loss, and wanted to get rid of the extra skin on her abdomen as well as have a flat tummy (which is achieved by tightening the abdominal muscle that was stretched in pregnancies). First Liposuction was done on the abdomen and flanks area, followed by the muscle tightening and skin excision- the Abdominoplasty, or commonly called Tummy Tuck.
